R. Kelly Unwraps “Black Panties” Covers

As the drop date nears for R. Kelly’s much-anticipated forthcoming thirteenth studio album, Black Panties, the Pied Piper of R&B has unveiled the album artwork for the standard and deluxe editions.

For the standard, a topless female lays on a seated phantom of the opera-inspired R. Kelly and take the position of his instrument while for the deluxe, a colossal of beautiful models in black panties only lay on and around the crooner.

"Much like the guy that catches the football, he runs," Kelly says of the project. "I feel like I got that ball in my hands still. I’m still running."

“Blank Panties” will arrive December 10 and is led by the singles "My Story," featuring 2 Chainz, and "Genius," which premiered on Singersroom.
