Admitting that you have a problem is the first step toward recovery. That said, Chris Brown is already making progress in rehab.

According to a recent report, Brown and his attorney, Mark Geragos, allegedly met with his probation officer late last week and he, at that point, admitted that he struggles with anger.

"Chris Brown met with his probation officer Friday, and he squarely acknowledged he has a BIG problem with his temper," TMZ reports. "We're told Brown did not talk about allegedly throwing a punch at a guy in D.C. last Sunday. He did talk a lot about his current stint at a Malibu rehab joint, and the treatment he's receiving. We're told that treatment includes a heavy dose of psychological counseling."

Despite having a hearing scheduled for November 24 and his anticipated album, "X," due for release by year's end, sources say Chris Brown could be in rehab for up to 90 days.

In related news, self help guru and author Iyanla Vanzant has questioned what Chris Brown is in rehab for, stating "What is he rehabing?"

Chris Brown's mother Joyce and his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, are the only people, other than his lawyers, that are said to be allowed to be in contact with him. Chris Brown is also facing a potential four year stint in prison.

Are you curious about Chris Brown’s progress in rehab? Well, the singer has recently given an update on his journey towards anger management. In a heartfelt statement, he admitted that he struggles with controlling his emotions and acknowledged the need for professional help.

This isn’t the first time Brown has sought treatment for anger issues. He has a history of violent outbursts, including physically assaulting his former girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. However, it seems like he is making strides towards turning his life around.

Keep reading to learn more about how Chris Brown is doing in rehab and what steps he’s taking to address his anger issues.

Chris Brown’s History with Anger Management

You might remember that Chris Brown has had some trouble with anger management in the past. It all started back in 2009 when he physically assaulted his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. The incident caused a media frenzy and led to Brown being sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service. He also had to attend domestic violence counseling.

Despite this incident, Brown continued to have outbursts of anger in public. There was an incident where he threw a chair through a window during an interview with Good Morning America in 2011, and another where he got into a physical altercation with rapper Drake at a club in New York City in 2012. These incidents only added fuel to the fire and made people question whether or not Brown was really getting help for his anger issues.

In 2014, Brown decided to enter rehab for anger management after being arrested for assault again. He spent three months at the facility before leaving early due to allegedly throwing a rock through his mother’s car window during family therapy sessions. This incident showed that even though Brown recognized he had a problem with anger management, he still struggled with controlling his emotions.

Progress and Hope in Chris Brown’s Rehab Journey

Feeling hopeful about progress in your journey to overcome personal struggles is a powerful motivator. And it seems like you’re making strides towards a better future, Chris.

You recently spoke up about your anger issues and how rehab has helped you address them. You admitted that you have some deep-seated problems with anger management, but at least now you’re taking steps to deal with them. It’s not easy to confront those kinds of issues, especially when they’ve been present for a long time.

But by seeking help and being open about your struggles, you’re showing strength and courage. It’s important to remember that recovery isn’t always linear – there may be setbacks along the way. But the fact that you’re putting in the effort and staying committed to improving yourself is commendable.

Keep pushing forward, Chris – we believe in you!
