by Chris Brown is in hot water once again. The R&B crooner was reportedly arrested for assault after punching someone in the face.
According to TMZ, Brown was allegedly taking photos with two female fans outside of his Washington D.C. W Hotel early Sunday morning (4:30am) when two guys photo bombed him. An argument ensued and Brown allegedly stated, "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing," before scuffling with one of the men.
The victim allegedly has a broken nose and may need surgery. He also insist he would have accepted an apology at the scene, but Brown didn’t give one.
Brown is still currently in jail due to DC law, and he will not be released on bail until Monday morning after appearing in from of the magistrate.
He is currently still on probation for his assault charge stemming from the incident with Rihanna in 2009. He faces up to four (4) years in prison for violating his probation.
Brown was in DC hosting Howard University homecoming parties.
