Jamie Foxx is reportedly in talks for an untitled Martin Luther King Jr biopic, which will see him portray the civil rights leader.
The film has been in development since 2009 and will be based on the civil rights movement, putting the microscope on one of America's most significant figure. The biopic will follow the famous activist from his rise all the way to his assassination in 1968.
The King family has been named executive producers, Steven Spielberg will serve as one of the producers, and Oliver Stone is in talks to direct.
If all goes well, the film would also reunite Foxx and Stone, who hasn't worked together since the 1999 football drama, "Any Given Sunday".
