Mariah Carey is rocking with Jermaine Dupri going forward.
Over the weekend, Jermaine Dupri confirmed that he has taken on management duties, working closely with the "We Belong Together" and "Shake It Off" diva.
Dupri's appointment as manager follows many years of collaboration between the two, including songs like "Don't Forget About Us." Prior to Dupri, Carey had been managed by former "American Idol" judge and musician Randy Jackson.
It's unclear what led to Jackson's exit, but Eonline reports that he was dropped last Spring.
Mariah Carey is currently at work on her fourteenth studio album, "The Art of Letting Go."
