Robin Thicke's mega-hit "Blurred Lines," featuring T.I. and Pharrell, has hit another milestone. Securing a recent 15th week atop Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, the record has tied Mary J. Blige's "Be Without You" for the longest running No. 1 single, which goes back to 1992 when the chart migrated to monitored airplay by Nielsen BDS and SoundScan sales data.
If "Blurred Lines" maintains its run on next week's tally, the record will grab sole possession of the chart record. Thicke will face firece competition from Jay Z's "Holy Grail", which has been hovering at No. 2 and Eminem's surging "Berzerk" (No. 3).
