Damar Jackson understands that the last man destroyed your heart, but he is not interested in being the repercussion of someone else's actions. In the music video for "My Phone," he tells his emotional co-star not to go through his device insisting, "I know that your hurt because he cut you so deep, but that was your past so don't blame it on me."
The record's emotional tone, mournful piano keys, and solid vocal performance definitely has us watching out for this newcomer.
