Dawn Robinson says one of the reasons EnVogue fell apart is because the other group members didn't want to fight for their just due.
"What was worse is that the girls in my group didn't want to fight to make it better… I was the only one saying 'hey, this isn't right'. I just was fearless. I had a lot of courage," Robinson shared in a recent interview.
According to Robinson, while there were a lot of issues, the fact that they were making just pennies per album, didn't sit well at all.
"Two pennies per album. It was a joke because we were huge," Robinson shares with CocoaFab in video below. "I just thought we're doing all the work and they're (music execs) making all the profits."
