The chemistry of the panel on "X Factor USA" is undeniable this season.
In a preview for the anticipated season three run, which kicks off next Wednesday, September 11, Kelly Rowland weighs in on what it's like to work with Simon Cowell.
"He's probably like, 'What have I done?'. But we have a good time," Kelly Rowland laughs in video below. "He smiles a lot more. It's really cute."
As previously reported, Kelly Rowland, Demi Lovato and Paulina Rubio join Cowell for the third season as judges and mentors.
