Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ Falls From No.1 on UK Chart

Robin Thicke's several week reign atop the UK Singles Chart has come to a close.

According to The Officials Charts Company, Thicke's hit single, "Blurred Lines," dropped to no.2 Sunday.

"Robin Thicke has stood undefeated at Number 1 on the Official Singles Charts for the last four weeks with Blurred Lines FT TI and Pharrell Williams. However, the US R&B star has finally been toppled from his perch by Icona Pop with I Love It FT Charli XCX," reports OCC.

While "Blurred Lines" fell this week, there is a chance that it could slide back up to no.1 thanks to continued interest, downloads and airplay.

"While it may have slipped into second place, Blurred Lines has shifted a further 110,000 copies this week. After just five weeks on sale, its combined tally now stands at 829,000 copies," reports OCC.

As seen Sunday, Robin Thicke performed "Blurred Lines" with T.I. and Pharrell Williams. U.S. chart figures will be released later this week and may reflect a boost in sales and/or airplay.
