Dawn Richard released the official single "Army" several weeks ago as she continues with the roll out of part two of the trilogy. The project, entitled BlackHeart, is the follow-up to GoldenHeart, which featured lead single "86." For the new record, she unveiled a black and white avant-garde art cover.
Part two will be released on October 7th, 2013, it features "Army." The mid-tempo jam keeps with the theme of victory's journey in her medieval-themed album series. Richard's first independent solo EP landed at the #1 spot on iTunes' R&B/Soul Chart and charted at #10 on Billboard's R&B Album Charts.
The final installment in the trilogy series is Redemptionheart.
