Chris Brown Eyes July for Release of ‘X’ Album, Drops New Track ‘I Can’t Win’

Summertime is the right time for Chris Brown: a release date has been locked in for his sixth studio album “X” for Tuesday, July 16.

While the album’s debut single “Fine China” currently sits at No. 4 on the Billboard R&B Chart, and its accompanying video has become a fan favorite, Brown comes with a bonus song called “I Can’t Win,” a tune not on the album but a little something for fans as a bonus. “Some shit I felt like writing that’s not on the album,” he tweeted.

With lyrics like “Don’t even matter if you scream and yell/Girl you don’t love me, you don’t love yourself/ But it don’t matter if you’re raising hell/ I miss you, I wanna kiss you (yeah),” it’s hard not to believe these impromptu, heartfelt lyrics aren’t about Rihanna.
