Fantasia’s ‘Side Effects of You’ Album Projected For Top Debut

With a strong promotional push, including a memorable and moving performance on "American Idol," Fantasia is poised to win when it comes to the Billboard 200 albums chart next week.

Sales projections released Wednesday predict that her album, "Side Effects of You," will move 90,000 – 95,000 copies first week, locking her in for a no.2 debut on the chart.

This is great news for Fantasia, who had been working hard on the album, a follow up to the 2010 effort "Back To Me," for a year. The album features the lead single "Lose To Win" and moving songs like "Without Me," "If I Was A Bird," "End of Me" and "Side Effects of You."

Official sales figures will be made public next week, along with placement on the Billboard 200 and R&B charts.

Congratulations Fantasia!
