Rihanna Queen of Pop Songs Chart, Makes History With 10th No. 1

Another day, another milestone for Rihanna. The music superstar has secured her 10th No.1 single on the Billboard Pop Songs radio airplay chart, as her single "Stay," featuring Mikky Ekko, jumps from 2-1.

The no. 1 entry sees Rihanna on the pedestal alone, after breaking a tie with hitmaker Katy Perry. Rihanna earned her first No. 1 in 2006 with the single "S.O.S," and has been racking up No.1s since. Prior to "Stay," her single "We Found Love," featuring Calvin Harris, held the no.1 spot for eight weeks.

The most Pop Songs record is another history maker for Rihanna, who also holds the marks for most entries (35) and top 10s (23) dating to the ranking's Oct. 3, 1992, launch, reports Billboard.

Rihanna's 10 No. 1 Pop Songs:

2006, "SOS" (one week at No. 1)
