Justin Timberlake’s ‘Suit & Tie’ Poised For Record Debut

Justin Timberlake has not released a solo record in a long time, but that doesn’t mean he can’t score a hit. According to Billboard, a hit is what Timberlake has on his hands when it comes to “Suit & Tie.”

The brand new single, which was released late Sunday, is projected to sell upwards of 330k-350k copies by the end of the week, making the song Timberlake’s best first week seller since “SexyBack.” If it hits those numbers, it will be a record breaking win for Timberlake as “Sexyback” moved 250,000 copies in 2006.

These projections also make “Suit & Tie” a shoe in to top a few charts.

“Suit & Tie” leads Timberlake’s forthcoming album “The 20/20 Experience,” which is due later this year. Beyonce is among those that have worked with him in the studio.
