Emeli Sande is closing out 2012 on a high note as her breakthrough debut, “Our Version of Events,” has reclaimed the top spot on the UK Albums Chart.
According to The Official Charts, Sande’s “Our Version of Events” album sold 178,000 additional copies within the last week, increasing a tally that has already made the effort this year’s best selling album in the UK.
Sande won a BRIT Awards Critics’ Choice Award earlier this year and has also contributed to new music from artists like Alicia Keys.
“Our Version of Events” features songs like “Mountains,” “Where I Sleep” and “Heaven.”
