Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo are taking their off screen chemistry to the studio for not one duet, but multiple collaborations.
Currently in the studio recording and selecting music for their respective fourth studio albums (due next year, 2013), they say the challenge is figuring out which duet will go on which album.
“We’ve recorded a couple of songs [together], and right now we’re just trying to figure out who gets which one on what album,” Sparks shared on the red carpet at the American Music Awards.
While it is unclear whose album might be released first, it appears Jason Derulo will kick things off with a single in January.
Derulo broke news of his impending single and album Sunday, calling the project exciting.
“New single coming in January. Album coming shortly after that. I’m excited. It’s been a fantastic year,” Derulo shared.
