Usher Tries to Deter Ex-Wife from Re-Opening Custody Trial

Last we heard in this saga, Usher was granted full custody of his two sons from union with ex-wife Tameka Foster, Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd, 3. Foster then filed an appeal to reopen the trial, arguing the ruling was biased due to Usher’s lawyers contributing to the judge’s re-election campaign in 2008.

Now, TMZ reports that Usher has filed a motion to stop Foster’s attempt to take him back to court. His motion claims that her move to appeal the ruling was “an assault on the integrity of the court,” and that this proves that her appeal “constitutes a continuum of vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her … is biased and tainted.”
