Tis’ the season for cleats and stadium seats, otherwise known as football season! And to ring in the festivities, the NFL enlisted performances by diva Mariah Carey, pop group No Doubt, and triple threat Queen Latifah.
Mariah performed at Rockefeller Square in New York City in a non-televised set that included hits “We Belong Together,” “Touch My Body,” and “Always Be My Baby.” She then performed her newest single “Triumphant (Get Em’)” in front of a live AND televised crowd. Ricky “Rozay” and Meek Mill spit their verses while Mimi arrived “fashionably late” and finished off the song.
Jersey’s Queen Latifah opened the football match with her version of The National Anthem, backed by a choir and mid-tempo groove.
