Eric Benet – Harriett Jones

“I was doing good with this monogamy,” meaning the rest of the sentence is going to be filled with details and an apology that may go unheard. Unlike some men, who know they have to get on bending knees to mend their mistakes, Benet takes the scenic route by showing how he messed up. In the music video for “Harriett Jones”, he gets hot and steamy while showing off his grown and sexy dance moves with several dancers, including his co-star Karina Smirnoff (Dancing With The Stars), who also choreographed the visuals.

We’re not sure if this was a real apology to get back with “Harriett Jones” or a bid to make the next “Dancing With The Stars.”

If you were Harriet Jones what would you do? Would you give him a second shot?

“Harriett Jones” is lifted from Benet’s latest album, The One, which also features “Real Love” and “Redbone Girl”. The album is the first release on Benet’s own record label, Jordan House Records.
