Chris Brown walked away from the BET Awards as one of the night’s biggest winners. Celebrating the anticipated release of his album, “Fortune,’ Brown picked up two awards.
“I just want to keep it simple. This one is for y’all. I appreciate everything,” Chris Brown said dedicating his first award for Best R&B Male Artist to fans.
Shortly after accepting that award, Brown took the stage to perform a medley of songs from “Fortune.” Captivating the audience, Chris Brown performed “Don’t Wake Me Up” and “Turn Up The Music.”
Later in the show, Brown returned to the stage to accept another Fandemonium Award.
As previously reported, Chris Brown’s “Fortune” album is due in stores Tuesday (in the U.S.). It is already available for fans in the UK and abroad.
