Rihanna Talks Chris Brown, Public Ranting With Elle

Talk that talk, Rihanna is going to continue doing what she wants to do. That includes reconnecting with Chris Brown.

Addressing their recent collaboration on “Birthday Cake,” Rihanna spoke about the controversy and her future in an Elle cover story released Wednesday.

Claiming she understands that “everyone thinks differently,” Rihanna says:

“People end up wasting their time on the blogs or whatever, ranting away, and that’s all right. Because tomorrow I’m still going to be the same person. I’m still going to do what I want to do.”

While she is saying that now, don’t think Rihanna hasn’t learned from her past with Chris Brown. Telling Elle she felt liberated after their public break up in 2009, Rihanna says she feels more free because the truth is out.

“It gave me guns. I was like, well, f*ck. They know more about me than I want them to know. It’s embarrassing. But that was my opening,” Rihanna told Elle. “That was my liberation, my moment of bring it. […] Now you know that, so you can say what you want about it. I don’t have anything to hide.”
