Chris Brown Accused, Not Charged With Robbery

Contrary to numerous reports Thursday, Chris Brown has not been charged with robbery.

According to Miami Beach Police, Brown has been accused of snatching a fan’s iPhone 4s (valued at $500) outside of Club Cameo last Sunday. The fan, Christal Spann, told police Brown and Tyga (Rack City) were exiting the club through a side exit when she spotted them and went to take a picture. According to Spann, Brown snatched her phone, reportedly saying “B**** you ain’t going to put that on no website,” and drove off in a black Bentley.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle released a statement late Thursday, confirming that investigation is ongoing but insisted an arrest warrant has not been issued for Brown.

“My prosecutors are currently speaking with witnesses and reviewing all of the materials supplied by Miami Beach Police. Only after these reviews have been completed would any type of action be considered or taken,” said Fernandez Rundle.

If Chris Brown is charged this could a major problem, considering he is still on probation.
