Adele Ready to Love Again, Talks Being ‘Miserable at Times’

After being scorned and dealing with a bad break-up, Adele is ready to move on and find love once more.

The singer’s highly acclaimed sophomore opus, ’21,’ was inspired by the nasty end to her relationship with her ex-boyfriend. Now, the “Rolling In The Deep” hitmaker is ready to put those negative feelings behind her and hopes to fall in love with the man of her dreams in the future.

“Not having someone to share all this with made me miserable at times, to be honest,” Adele admittedly told Billboard magazine. “I wanted nothing more than to be in love and be loved back. That was until I remembered I was sharing it with millions and millions and millions of people!

“I haven’t been ready to be in love again since summer 2009 … until now. And I hadn’t met anyone along the way who’s changed that,” she added.

Recently, Adele had surgery to remove a benign polyp from her throat, and she is currently in the recovering process. In the next few months, she hopes to be well enough to make-up her postponed tour dates. However, she has no plans to release new music for the next two to three years.
