Jazmine V is sleeping a little better at night after securing a stronger restraining order against her stalker. In a court ruling, the R&B/Pop singer and former girlfriend of Justin Bieber obtained the three year protection against Steven Cintron, who threatened to rape and kill her.
In the restraining order, Cintron, who posted several YouTube videos containing violent threats and images of him carrying a gun as well as a machete, has been ordered to stay at least a hundred yards away from her and her family. In addition, Los Angeles County Superior Court also banned him from posting any more videos about Jasmine. Failing to comply with court the order, means jail time for Cintron.
When securing her first order of protection against Cintron, Jasmine V admitted that she had been living in “panic mode”, accusing her stalker of threatening to kill her mom, current boyfriend and little brother.
Hopefully he stays away and this situation doesn’t escalate!

She recently filed for and was granted a restraining order, making this the second time she’s taken legal measures to protect herself from the same individual. This article will discuss Jasmine V’s experience with her stalker and her efforts in obtaining the restraining orders that have been necessary for her safety.
Stalkers can be incredibly dangerous and damaging individuals, especially when they target celebrities like Jasmine V. The situation may seem complicated at first glance, but there are steps victims of stalking can take to ensure their safety. In this instance, Jasmine V chose to pursue a restraining order – something anyone can do if they feel threatened by another person.
It is important to note that filing for a restraining order isn’t always easy or simple; however, it can provide peace of mind and protection from harm when done properly and legally. Learn more about how these court-ordered documents work as we explore what happened between Jasmine V and her stalker over the past few months.
Background Of Singer Jasmine V
Jasmine Villegas, known professionally as Jasmine V, has been a successful singer and songwriter since 2009. She is best known for her singles “Just a Friend” and “That’s Me Right There”, both of which achieved chart success. However, the star has recently faced an unsettling situation: being stalked by an obsessed fan. In response to this unwelcome attention, she was granted a restraining order against the individual in question. Unfortunately, that hasn’t stopped him from continuing his pursuit; thus, Jasmine had to take further legal action and get another restraining order in February 2021.
The stalker first made contact with the 26-year-old singer back in 2011 via social media platforms like Twitter and YouTube. Since then he has sent hundreds of messages professing undying love for her and demanding that they meet up so he can “protect” her from any danger. Despite blocking him numerous times on various accounts, the man managed to find ways around it—creating new usernames or even using other people’s profiles to send his messages. He also contacted many of Jasmine’s friends and family members with similar declarations of love.
Due to the escalating nature of these events, Jasmine felt it necessary to seek help from law enforcement officials in November 2020. After taking out a restraining order against her stalker, she noted how relieved she was that something could finally be done about her situation but still expressed concern over its effectiveness given the persistence of this strange individual. Her worries were indeed justified when less than two months later he found yet another way to contact her despite the court orders prohibiting such behavior; hence why she had no choice but to get another restraining order issued against him just last month.
Details Of Restraining Order
The restraining order that Jasmine V was granted on February 10th, 2021 forbids her stalker from contacting or coming within 500 feet of the singer. It also prohibits him from creating any new accounts to contact her through social media platforms and requires him to delete all existing ones related to her. Furthermore, it states that he cannot post anything online about her and must stay away from any places she is known to frequent including concerts, music videos, or other events where she may be performing.
Enforcement of this restraining order is complicated by the fact that the individual in question has remained anonymous up until now; however, with Jasmine’s help law enforcement officials are still able to take action against him if needed. In addition, civil court proceedings have been initiated which could potentially result in further restrictions being placed on his activities when interacting with Jasmine or anyone else associated with her.
It remains unclear whether these legal measures will be enough to stop the relentless pursuit of this person but for now they offer an important layer of protection for both Jasmine and those around her. Ultimately, what matters most is that she can continue pursuing her career free from worry and fear while knowing there are safeguards in place should things escalate again in the future.
