His passion however, comes from producing, developing and being the force behind the music of other artists. When asked about his work with other musicians, the busy Garrett tells Singersroom, “I’m working Bridget Kelly right now. She’s amazing. She’s signed to Roc Nation. I also worked on my man Chris Brown’s new album, Usher, everybody.”

Garrett is right, he has worked with everybody. One of his most recent endeavors involves his newly released single “In Da Box,” which features Miami’s own, Rick Ross. Garrett spoke on the collaboration telling us, “Project’s going really good. We just dropped the video… the uncut version. It’s all over the Internet. It’s kinda crazy. We have a brand new video that was shot by my man Colin Tilley, and it’s amazing. Me and Rick Ross, Miami… Foolish.” With the aid of notable hip-hop video director, Colin Tilley on his side, the video is sure to be a success. Garrett goes further to sing Tilley’s praises, “Yeah, he’s absolutely amazing. In my opinion, he’s video director of the year. Hands down!”
