“Every Little Part Of Me” singer Alesha Dixon and her record label, Asylum/Atlantic have parted ways over creative differences. After talks fell apart during the contract renewal phase, Alesha took the best course of action and decided not to re-up her agreement.
Leaving on her own terms, Alesha “thanks Asylum records for their support and hard work over the past 2 albums and wish them all the best going forward.”
Dixon was Asylum Records first platinum selling artist and to have delivered them their first international success with “The Boy Does Nothing” which has now sold almost 1 million copies worldwide and was a top 10 hit in 20 countries.
Currently the R&B songstress is in talks with other labels in anticipation of an album in 2012.
