During the course of a press conference held earlier today, it has been confirmed that Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas will be the venue for a permanent Michael Jackson production. The confirmation came from Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino President and Chief Operating Officer, Chuck Bowling, Cirque du Soleil President and CEO, Daniel Lamarre and Estate of Michael Jackson Co-Executor, John Branca. There are so many common creative elements between us that it is a pleasure to imagine this new production. It is also very exciting that we will be presenting Michael Jackson The IMMORTAL World Tour at Mandalay Bay for an extended run this December and Jamie King and the creative team are promising us a pop rock spectacular to kick things off grandly.”
