There has been much talk about multi-platinum recording artist Jennifer Lopez making her return to the music industry after a brief hiatus. Well the time is here and the triple threat is gearing up for the release of her next single “I’m Into You,” the follow-up to “On The Floor.” She recently confirmed that she will be teaming up with Young Money front man Lil Wayne on the project.
Here’s what Jenny from the Block had to say, âMy next single I believe will be a song called ‘I’m Into You’ and itâs gonna feature Lil Wayne, so look out for that.”
But why Lil Wayne? The singer explains that it’s his unique style that attracted her.
âTo me just the things he says and the way he says it is very unique, and I feel like he has a fresh new voice,â says Lopez. âHe might be one of the best out there right now. He might be the best.â
From Nicki Minaj expressing that she was excited to be touring with her mentor last week to J.Lo proclaiming that he is, “the best out there” all the ladies seem to want the rapper on their track.
