JoJo Talks ‘Something Fresh,’ Changes Upcoming Album Title

R&B Singer JoJo is on the brink of releasing her long-awaited sophomore album, a follow-up to 2006’s The High Road. In a recent video to her fans, the “Too Little Too Late” hitmaker revealed the new title, ‘Jumping Trains,’ changed from ‘All I Want Is Everything,’ and what the project means to her.

“When I first came in to record this album, this third body of work of mine, I really felt like all I want was everything…as time went on I’ve experienced a lot of things and struggles, says JoJo. “I felt like a wanted to represent something different, something fresh…so in feeling that way I decided to make one of my favorite songs on the album the title of this record and it’s called ‘Jumping Trains’ and it’s very symbolic for a variety of reasons. Moving from Boston to L.A., transitioning from being a girl to being a young woman, living on my own, taking a different direction sonically, and just really finding myself and just jumping into a new chapter of life.”

JoJo also says she will be shooting a video for the first single in a few weeks.

She adds: “I’m shooting the video off my upcoming album within the next couple of weeks. And once we shoot the video I’m gonna tell you what the title is and give you more info about that song.
