Sibling Janet Jackson joined her family, which included mother Katherine, for the second day of the preliminary hearing into manslaughter charges against her brother Michael’s physician Dr. Conrad Murray.
Jackson was at the Los Angeles court to hear her brother’s former bodyguard Alberto Alvarez testify that Dr. Conrad Murray instructed him to remove bottles of a milky-white substance from Michaelâs bedroom before calling 911.
According to Alvarez, he walked into the bedroom and saw the late King of Pop motionless. He was then told by Murray that Jackson had “an allergic reaction.” He then ordered the security guard to collect bottles around the room and put them in a bag.
“He instructed me to remove the IV bag from the IV stand,” Alvarez said in court, adding that he was also instructed to leave a second IV bag, containing saline, where it was.
Law enforcement officials believe the milky-white substance in the bag was Propofol – the anesthetic which killed Jackson.
