In a time when the music industry seems to be longing for a stable R&B group, veteran girl band Allure plans to help fill that void. The 90’s quartet joined Twitter on New Year to announce their plans for a new album in 2011.

Alia Davis, Linnie Belcher, Lalisha McClean and Akissa Mendez are best known for “Head Over Heels” and “All Cried Out” from their self titled debut album released in 1997. After their sophomore effort, member Linnie Belcher left the group, resulting in lackluster sales for their third outing, 2009’s ‘Patiently Waiting.’

No date has been set for their upcoming fourth studio album release.
