R&B singer Ne-Yo continues to voice his frustration around his latest album ‘Libra Scale.’ A few weeks ago he said he was a little disturbed by his first week numbers and now in a recent interview with BBC Newsbeat, he says he “lost focus” while creating the new set. “It’s just there was so much going on in regards to this album,” says Ne-Yo. “Writing the script, making sure it was good, shooting videos and being too hands on with the director, the artwork and everything. ” Released in November, Ne-Yo admitted the album is his “poorest selling album to date.” “I just wasn’t paying attention to certain elements in making an album that I normally would. My fans deserve my best.” With that said, Ne-Yo has already started working on material for his forthcoming fifth album. “I’m already working on my next album. I took two years off in between Year Of The Gentlemen and Libra Scale. I’m just going to get back to the basics and do what I do. My fifth album needs to be about the songs, I don’t have a theme as such yet, it will be what life is, the black white and grey – what it is to be alive – that’s what this album is going to represent.” In related news, it was announced today that Trey Songz will support Ne-Yo on his 2011 UK tour. Full UK Tour Dates: FEBRUARY 2011 Tuesday 22: Glasgow SECC Wednesday 23: Liverpool Arena Friday 25: Manchester MEN Saturday 26: London O2 MARCH 2011 Wednesday 2: Birmingham NIA Thursday 3: Newcastle Arena

Music superstar Ne-Yo is voicing his frustration over the controversial Libra Scale. The singer, songwriter and producer has long been a champion of fairness in the music industry and now he’s taking issue with how artists are being compensated for streaming services like Spotify. In an interview, he opened up about why fans deserve his best work despite a system that doesn’t always compensate musicians fairly.

Ne-Yo isn’t alone in his criticism of the current state of streaming platforms; other big name stars such as Taylor Swift have joined him on this fight against unfair compensation practices. However, it’s clear that Ne-Yo takes particular offense to an economic scale that makes it difficult for him to offer his fans something they truly deserve – quality music from one of R&B’s most beloved icons.

The star recently shared his thoughts on the matter, saying “I want my fans to know I’m not trying to give them anything less than my best.” He went on to say that while he understands why these scales exist, it’s still frustrating when you feel like your talent is being undervalued. With this article we’ll explore what Ne-Yo had to say about creating art within a broken system, and discuss what solutions could be put into place going forward so all artists receive fair compensation for their hard work.

Ne-Yo’s Feelings About Libra Scale

Ne-Yo has been vocal about his feelings regarding the Libra Scale, a scoring system used to rate music based on popularity. His frustration with it is clear and he’s made sure that fans know how important they are to him.

“I just feel like my fans deserve the best of me,” Ne-Yo said in an interview. “The Libra scale doesn’t take into account my artistic integrity or creativity.” He believes that no one should be able to judge someone else’s artistry and argues that this type of measurement isn’t necessary when assessing music.

This opinion has only become more firmly rooted since Ne-Yo first spoke out against the use of the Libra Scale. In fact, he recently expressed additional frustration over its continued existence, tweeting: “Libra scale?? Really??? I thought we were beyond all this by now smh [shaking my head].” Clearly, Ne-Yo wants his fans to receive the quality content he puts out without being hindered by an outdated rating system.

Fans’ Reactions To Ne-Yo’s Music

Ne-Yo’s fans have responded positively to his want for better music ratings. Not only do they appreciate his passion and commitment to the craft, but also that he stands up for them when it comes to ensuring their experience is top quality.

The support of Ne-Yo’s fans has been unwavering ever since he first expressed his frustrations with Libra Scale in 2016. They understand why this rating system can be damaging and are grateful that Ne-Yo is speaking out against it. As a result, many of them have shared stories of how much they’ve enjoyed listening to his music despite its low score on the scale. This shows just how powerful his message really is.

It’s clear that Ne-Yo cares deeply about giving his fans the best possible experience while listening to his songs, so it makes sense that he would take such a strong stance against an outdated measurement like the Libra Scale. His determination and dedication to creating great art continues to inspire others around him and will no doubt continue doing so for years to come.

Conclusion

I, Ne-Yo, have expressed my frustration with the Libra Scale. I understand that some fans may feel slighted by this and it’s not how I want them to see me or my music. It is important for me to stay true to myself and create the best music possible for my fans.

That being said, there are still some people who truly appreciate what I’m trying to do. They understand why I might be frustrated with the industry and support anything that comes from me as an artist. Their loyalty means a lot to me and they deserve nothing but my best work in return.

My goal is always to provide my listeners with meaningful songs that will help shape their lives in positive ways. That has been my mission since day one and will continue to guide everything I make moving forward. No matter what obstacles come up along the way, I’ll keep pushing forward so that everyone can get the most out of their experience when listening to ne-yo music!-
