Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are about to be parents twice over. Nick revealed that he and his wife are expecting twins. He shared the happy news with his listeners last Thursday (December 16) during his 92.3 Rollinâ With Nick Cannon radio show. âWe are having twins,â he admitted. The news actually first spilled on Sunday when Mrs. Cannon was performing at TNTâs Christmas in Washington. President Barak Obama was backstage with First Lady Michelle Obama when he asked if she was having twins. Nick shared, âThey, ironically enough, questioned my wife about, you know, âSo, what are you having, are you having twins?â And at this point she hadnât told anybody anything because doctors advised us to keep it to ourselves until we [got] further along. And because of the excitement [and] emotion, she was overwhelmed [and] shared with the President and First Lady that we are having twins.â âMy wife at one time, she referred to her stomach as they and that probably wasnât the wrong thing for her to do. Thatâs all Iâm gonna say,â he told âE! News.â The âAmericaâs Got Talentâ host also mentioned ânew additionsâ to his family in an online holiday greeting card. The babies are due early next year, but Nick wouldnât give any details on the gender.
