Taio Cruz Goes ‘Higher’ With Kylie Minogue

British R&B/Pop star Taio Cruz received the support from pop sensation Kylie Minogue for his new music video “Higher.” Sticking to his normal pattern, Taio Cruz, who rocked a black ensemble in the clip, is seen racing in cars with Minogue and sassing each other in a face-to-face battle to find out who can take it the highest. “Higher” is lifted off the international version of Cruz’s second studio album ‘Rokstarr,’ which was released in October (09) of last year. The U.S. version of the track features Travie McCoy. Regarding “Higher,” Taio recently told MTV, “Well I actually wrote — as a lot of the songs that I write for other people end up being on my album — I wrote ‘Higher’ for [Minogue] and she, I think, she had another song on the album called ‘Higher’ or some other reason why it didn’t go onto her record.” “But as things turn out, she’s here now on ‘Higher’ as a duet and it’s amazing,” he added. “She’s such a sweetheart and an amazing professional. She’s just incredible.” Taio’s international version of ‘Rokstarr’ also features Tinchy Stryder and Ke$ha.
