Former Xscape member Kandi will has set December 14th for the release of her sophomore album Kandi ‘Koated.’ In support of the album, the Grammy Award-winning R&B star will join her friend Fantasia’s 22-city “Back To Me” tour starting on Friday, November 5th in Norfolk, VA. Dubbed “a relationship CD,” ‘Kandi Koated’ features production by Neyo, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Jazze Phae, K.P. and Malay, Brian Michael Cox, Black Elvis, Drumma Boy, and St. Nick.
