Seems like Drake and Rihanna, who was rumored to have a short fling in the pass, have great chemistry together. In the music video for Rihannaâs second single âWhatâs My Name?â featuring Drake, off her forthcoming Loud album, the two superstars play love interest. “You just see what it would be like with a young couple, like, two 20-year-olds eating Chinese food in a New York City apartment,” Rihanna tells MTV. “It’s really fun.” In the song, Rihanna and Drake trade seductive lyrics towards each other and she says the video will be “really flirty” as well. “It’s a really youthful song,” she said. “It feels good. It’s really flirty, but it’s also really melodic. Which is why I felt that Drake was the perfect person to have on this song, ’cause he’s a young rapper who has incredible melodies.” Rihanna and Drake have tried to work together in the past, but were only able to come together now. “We tried working together on Rated R, but this was the perfect song for us to do together,” she said. LOUD, set to arrive on November 16th, also include a collaboration from rapper Nicki Minaj as well as a possible collaboration with Rihanna’s BFF Katy Perry.
