NEW VIDEOS: Trey Songz’s ‘Can’t Be Friends’ and R. Kelly’s ‘When A Woman Loves’

Can’t Be Friends is R&B singer Trey Songz’s latest music video, portraying the star in an emotional state. A frustrated Songz is seen sitting anxiously in an empty room while recalling the time he spent with a woman he is deeply in love. “I wish we never did it,” he sings. “I wish I never fell so deep in love with you and now it ain’t no way we can be friends.” The track is off Trey’s forthcoming studio album “Passion, Pain & Pleasure” which hits stores September 14 via Atlantic Records. The music video premiered via Motion Dose and is directed by Anthony Mandler. Crooner R. Kelly, who many compares Trey Songz to, also released his music video for the new single “When A Woman Loves,” off the R&B veteran’s forthcoming album ‘Love Letter.’ The Motown feeling video, shot entirely in black and white, has a classic throwback vibe unlike most anything in his recent catalog. Kelly performs in style as he’s seen in a dapper suit, a neat goatee, and blocky eyeglasses. Click here to watch Trey Song’z “Can’t Be Friends” music video. Click here to watch R.
