Kelis has selected the second single to be taken from her anticipated album, “Fleshtone”. A follow up to ‘Acapella,” Kelis has decided on ‘4th of July (Fireworks). Produced by DJ Ammo, the club/dance ready single will soon be made available for download at digital retailers. In related news, a video for “4th of July” has already been shot. Co-directed by Kelis with Rankin and Nicole Ehrlich, the clip was shot in the desert outside of Los Angeles. “Fleshtone” is Kelis’ debut album on will.i.am music group/Interscope.
