Janet Jackson Talks Eating Habits, Book

Janet Jackson’s forthcoming book is no autobiography, but it will be a page turner fit for adults and teens. Speaking of the book, titled “True You,” recently, Jackson admits to binging on food to cope with stress and troubling times. Claiming “everyone has their thing,” Jackson says she’s an “emotional eater,” the complete opposite of some who might not eat when stressed or going through a tough time. “I’m the opposite, I’ll eat,” Jackson said in a recent interview. “I’m an emotional eater. Everyone has their thing.” Due for release later this year, Jackson’s “True You” is filled with anecdotes and tidbits she says will be useful for adults and teens. Set to detail self esteem issues as well, Jackson says “I wanted it to not just be for adults but tobe for kids and teens.”
