LaToya Jackson Talks Murray Charges: ‘Terribly Wrong’

LaToya Jackson has been attempting to avoid talk of her brother’s death and impending charges for his former physician, Dr. Conrad Murray. Earlier this week, Jackson had enough, telling press “this is terribly wrong”. As previously reported, Murray is set to be charged with involuntary manslaughter after surrendering to authorities sometime in the near future. While Murray disputes any wrongdoing, Jackson says involuntary manslaughter is not the right charge. “I think he should have been charged with pre-meditated [murder],” Jackson told HTV, in video released Thursday. “This is terribly wrong, what happened to my brother.” Sources say Dr. Conrad Murray’s arraignment, previously believed to be set for Friday, may be postponed. Murray’s lawyer however, disputes claims of his client’s time before a judge being canceled, telling press “We had an agreement with Deputy District Attorney David Walgren and we will adhere to it. We are planning to surrender Murray tomorrow and attend the 1:30 arraignment. If they changed their minds, that’s on them.”
