When BET premieres its anticipated 10th Anniversary Celebration of Gospel this month, a multitude of unique performances will be seen, including a special performance from soulful singers Kelly Price and Ledisi. Performing “How Great Thou Art,” the “Friend of Mine” and “Alright” singers join a line up that includes Mother/Daughter duo Fantasia Barrino and Diane Barrino Barber performing “He’s Done Enough” and The Rance Allen Group performing a soulful rendition of “Something About the Name of Jesus”. Hosted by Steve Harvey, with inspirational spoken word from Sherri Shepherd and Elise Neal, ‘Celebration of Gospel’ will also feature Husband/Wife team Anthony Hamilton and Tarsha Hamilton singing “Better”. BET Sunday Best winner Y’Anna Crawley also teams up with Dr. Bobby Jones and the Nashville Super Choir for “The Lord Will Make a Way Somehow”. As previously reported, Yolanda Adams, GRAMMY award winners BeBe and CeCe Winans, Fred Hammond, Donnie McClurkin, Pastor Shirley Caesar, Marvin Sapp, James Fortune & FIYA, Tye Tribbett & Greater Anointing, and The City of Refuge P.S.A.L.M.S. Choir are due to perform. ‘Celebration of Gospel’ airs Sunday, January 10 at 8pm on BET.
