Jordin Sparks will kick off the holiday season by attending and performing at the annual National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Set to take place December 3, Sparks will accompany previously announced performers including Common, Sheryl Crow, Ray LaMontagne, and Joshua Redman. According to the National Park Foundation, viewers from across the nation will be able to tune in and catch the lighting and concert December 3 at 5:00pm EST/2:00pm PST (at www.thenationaltree.org). The event will also be broadcast nationwide December 4 on Public Broadcasting Stations in partnership with WETA Washington D.C., the flagship public broadcasting station in the nation’s capitol. The National Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is presented by the National Park Foundation and National Park Service.
