Usher is officially on board Gucci Mane’s forthcoming album with a swiftly moving single. Released Monday, the single, titled “Spotlight,” features Usher singing about life in the spotlight, proclaiming “the spotlight ain’t nothing without you girl”. Produced by Polow Da Don, “Spotlight” leads Gucci Mane’s forthcoming album “The State vs. Radric Davis”. A video for the single was shot in Atlanta over the weekend with both Usher and burgeoning rapper Nicki Minaj appearing. “Spotlight” follows several high profile collaborations for Mane, including Mario’s hit single “Break Up” and Omarion’s “I Get It In”.
