Embattled R&B singer Chris Brown will be sentenced in a Los Angeles area courtroom today (Tuesday, August 25). Los Angeles based sources, including TMZ and the Los Angeles Times, say the judge officiating over Brown’s felony assault case moved the sentencing up two days due to recent developments. As previously reported on Singersroom, Brown plead guilty to felony assault charges after beating Rihanna shortly before the 51st Annual Grammy Awards in February. Brown is expected to be sentenced to five years of probation and 180 days of ordered labor. Sources say Brown’s hearing will take place at 2pm PST today.
