Beyonce might be taking the stage at this year’s anticipated MTV Video Music Awards. Rumors surrounding the “Diva’ singer’s intent to perform during a broadcast where she is also nominated for nine awards, came closer to being substantiated when one of her dancers informed fans of their plans for September 13 — the night of the VMAs. “VOTE BEYONCE FOR VMAS!!!! & look for a great performance! ;),” Ashley Everett tweeted late last week. While Beyonce’s performance has not been confirmed by MTV reps, the idea of the singer taking the stage is not far fetched. Beyonce last graced the MTV Video Music Awards stage in 2007. Performing “Ring The Alarm,” from the now multi-Platinum selling album “B-Day,” Beyonce gave VMA fans an unforgettable performance. An announcement is expected to be made in the days leading up to this year’s show. As previously reported, the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards air on MTV September 13th from New York City’s Radio City Music Hall.
