Janet Jackson may take a break from filming the forthcoming flick “Why Did I Get Married Too” if MOBO Award organizers get their wish. “Janet is a music icon in her own right and a previous MOBO presenter. We loved her past involvement with the show and MOBO will continue to support her music and champion her career,” said a spokesperson close to the forthcoming celebration of Music of Black Origin (MOBO) in Glasgow. While it has not been confirmed whether Jackson will perform, MOBO organizers are believed to have their eyes set on unveiling a special tribute to Michael Jackson during this year’s celebration. The 2009 MOBO Awards are slated to take place September 30 in Scotland. Keri Hilson, Craig David, Lemar and JLS are rumored to be on tap to perform during the show.
