An attorney representing the late Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine Jackson says an agreement has been reached with Debbie Rowe. “It’s an agreement, an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal… this is not about money,” Attorney Londell McMillan told The Early Show. According to McMillan, Debbie Rowe, the mother of the King of Pop’s two oldest children, would have “visitation rights”. “All of the parties are resolved. There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised (sic) in the loving care of Katherine Jackson,” said McMillan. A hearing to finalize terms of the custody agreement is scheduled for Monday.
