Chris Brown arrived at a downtown Los Angeles courtroom admist a host of reporters, journalists and cameramen. Making his way through the mirage of men and women, including one man who yelled out “did you teach Will.I.Am how to beat a woman” (referencing an alleged assault on blogger/personality Perez Hilton in Toronto), Brown did not speak or show any sign of emotion in response to questions from paparazzi. Brown’s preliminary hearing is slated to include testimony and presentation of evidence as well as potential testimony from Rihanna. If substantial evidence is presented, a Los Angeles area judge will order a trial. In related news, Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos is said to have met with a judge and prosecutors earlier today, sparking rumors that a plea deal could be announced.
