As predicted last month, Rihanna has been served with a subpoena according to lawyer Donald Etra. “Rihanna was served at my office by L.A. DA investigators,” Etra confirmed Wednesday. “If the preliminary hearing indeed goes forward, she is now legally required to be there, she will be there, and will answer all questions truthfully,” Etra told PEOPLE. The confirmed subpoena follows news that a delay request in Brown’s felony case had been denied. As reported on Singersroom, Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos filed a request to postpone the planned June 22 hearing due to an ongoing supreme court case that could effect the ruling in Brown’s case.
